Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

R&S Hesperia Insulation Company, hesperiainsulation.com, team@hesperiainsulation.com

Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the R&S Hesperia Insulation Company website and any work you ask us to quote or do. By using the site, calling us or booking a job, you agree to them, so please read them before you go further.

If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You can still call us with questions, and nothing here takes away rights that California law gives you as a homeowner or customer.

What we do

We're an insulation contractor in Hesperia, CA, serving homes and businesses in Hesperia and the cities around it. Our work includes attic and wall insulation, blown-in insulation, which is loose fill blown through a hose, spray foam, air sealing, crawl space work, vapor barriers and removal of old insulation.

The service pages on this site describe the work in general terms. What we actually do on your job is what's written on your estimate or contract, and that written document controls if it differs from anything on the site. You can read more about who we are on our About page.

Estimates and pricing

We give free quotes on site, with no obligation to hire us, because we can't price a job fairly until we've seen your attic, walls or crawl space. Nothing on this website is a price offer or a binding quote.

An estimate is based on what we can see and reach during the visit. Some conditions only show up once the work is open, such as old insulation that was soaked or full of droppings, hidden damage or gaps that weren't visible. If we find something like that, we'll stop, show you and explain what it changes, and we won't do extra work or add cost without your approval.

Estimates are good for the time written on them. After that, material prices or conditions at your house may have changed, so we may need to update the figure before we schedule.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We'll agree on a start date with you and do our best to keep it. Weather, material delays, illness or an earlier job running long can push a date, and if that happens we'll tell you as soon as we know and reschedule.

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work areas on the scheduled day, which usually means a clear path to the attic hatch, crawl space entry or walls being worked on. Some materials, including spray foam, need the house empty for a period after install, and we'll tell you the re-entry time, meaning when people and pets can come back inside, before the job starts. Please follow it.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, call us as early as you can. Any cancellation terms in your written contract apply, along with any cancellation rights California law gives you.

Payment

Payment amounts, due dates and accepted payment methods are written on your estimate or contract. You agree to pay according to those terms.

If a payment is late, we'll reach out to sort it out first. Unpaid balances may be handled as your contract and California law allow.

Our work and our guarantee

We're licensed and fully insured, and we stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee on every job. If something isn't right, call us and we'll come back to look at it and make it right.

Any specific written warranty on your job, and any maker's warranty on the materials, will be in your paperwork. The guarantee doesn't cover damage from things outside our work, such as roof leaks, pests, later remodeling, or someone else disturbing the insulation after we're done.

Website information and warranty disclaimers

The information on this site is general and meant to help you understand insulation work. It isn't professional advice for your specific house, because every attic and wall is different and we only know what yours needs after we've seen it.

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we provide it as is. We don't promise it's free of errors, always available or free of harmful code, and we don't promise any particular savings on your power bill or comfort result from information on the site alone.

The site may link to outside websites, such as a city or state office. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.

Limits on our liability

To the extent California law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses from your use of this website, or from delays outside our control. For work we perform, our responsibility is set by your contract, our guarantee and California law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't let a business limit.

If we disagree

If you have a problem with our work or a bill, please call us first, because most issues get settled with a conversation and a return visit. We'd rather fix it than argue about it.

If we can't settle it together, either of us may take the matter to the courts in San Bernardino County, California, including small claims court where it qualifies.

Governing law

These terms and any work we do for you are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one in effect. Changes don't affect a job already under a signed contract unless we both agree in writing.
